Weatherhead
A weatherhead is the curved cap at the top of a service mast. It keeps rain out of the conduit where the service wires exit.
Oncor also calls this part the service head. The customer-side wires leave the conduit there to meet the utility's overhead drop. Oncor says the customer conductors shall extend 24 inches, or the length local rules require, outside the service head.
Water that runs down the conduit can reach the meter base and the panel, so a cracked or loose head matters. It sits close to live overhead wires, so do not touch it. It tops the service mast. Call a licensed electrician.
